The Å·ÃÀ³ÉÈË Wesleyan University Teacher Preparation programs are accredited through a process approved by the Å·ÃÀ³ÉÈË Board of Education (VBOE).
The U.S. Code of Federal Regulations, specifically 34 CFR 668.43 (a) (5) (v) and 34 CFR 668.43 (c) require disclosures by institutions regarding educational requirements for programs leading to professional licensure or certification regardless of modality. Students who are interested in teaching in states other than Å·ÃÀ³ÉÈË are encouraged to contact the Teacher Education Office to explore and identify the qualifications required for respective states other than Å·ÃÀ³ÉÈË. We can provide the information students will need to have when applying to other states with a Å·ÃÀ³ÉÈË Teaching license. We encourage students to contact us prior to attending Å·ÃÀ³ÉÈË Wesleyan University so that they know how well our program will meet their employment plans.
